Abstract

he change has become a permanent feature in modern organization. It helps to find the right solutions to the different difficulties faced in today`s turbulent environment. This is why we will try to present the management by projects as new organizational and managerial challenge for the companies. It aims to manage the change and to improve constantly the global performance of activities in an increasingly complicated workplace.
