Against an intransigent or hostile Environment with perpetual change: particularly economic environment to which our firms are confronted. We will try to deal with the importance of firms’ performance Different specialties in the fields of management interfere into reveal overate parameters and indicators: strategic management, corporate finance, accounting/ management control, human resources management, organization, marketing… We present the performance at first instance as a relationship between resources devoted (means at its clause are based on the synthesis of theoretical researches, of course we will try to present approves indicators of firm performance. As far as concerned the Algerian firm we lean on an empirical study (based on books, documentations, national and international economics articles, interview of specialists, firm’s chief…)
