Abstract
This article aims to shed light on new management public as one of the main entrances to the administrative reform adopted by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development since the beginning of 1980 an attempt to to address the new challenges that have become imposed economic changes , technological, environmental , where is based the new portal in the management of public organizations, administrative areas and aspects of neglected entirely in the bureaucraticmodel, and led to reduced public expenditure , financial transparency , administrative decentralization , to take care of the customers , focus on market mechanisms , and the introduction of the principle of managing for results.
The study concluded that this new method in the management of public organizations, administrative and despite the great difficulties he faced , but he has largely succeeded in improving the performance of public administrations, and this has been demonstrated foreign experiencesin this fieldorganization for economic cooperation and development
