Abstract
This study aimed to know the effect of creative thinking on service quality on higher education in through the dimensions of creative thinking (sensitivity to problems, intellectual fluency, originality, flexibility, continuation of direction). The survey tool was used on a sample of managers at the University of kasdi Marbah Ouargla. The sample size is 97 questionnaires. The data in the questionnaires were analyzed using the statistical package of social sciences (spss) based on the arithmetic averages, standard deviations, linear regression analysis , And the study reached many results, the most important: that creative thinking has a high impact on the service quality in the University of Ouargla for managers, and that the level of creative thinking in the university is characterized as high
