Abstract

The study aims at activating the role of environmental management in the Algerian
industrial establishments to guide their behavior in protecting the environment according to a
practical strategy for the environmental management model that reaches the institution to
environmental excellence by analyzing the results of the studies for the industrial establishments
which is based on the analytical qualitative descriptive approach that focuses on the qualitative
aspects of the model which Makes Algerian industrial enterprises a leader in the environmental
field in producing environmentally friendly products and services.
The study concludes with an analysis of the behavior of the industrial institutions which is based on
responding to domestic and international external pressures, which achieves the three phases of the
proposed model. Legal compliance, responsibilities and training, with methodology and
organization. Conscious behavior to work on the last two stages in providing innovative products
and services to the environment, which leads to the leadership and environmental excellence of
Algerian industrial enterprises, and highlights the value of the study to consider the environment
value within the institution and the cost of adding Borne of the enterprise, environmental
management is directly responsible in guiding the conduct of the senior management of the
institution and the actual workers to contribute to the protection of the environment in the daily
activity of the institutions as a natural and actual behavior that achieves environmental excellence
