Abstract
This study aims to highlight the impact of transformational leadership style on the practice of organizational citizenship behaviors among employees of the National Land Transport Company SNTR, through research in the relationship between transformational leadership and the practice of organizational citizenship behaviors, and the study sample was represented in all the operating frameworks in the company, and the researchers adopted On the descriptive analytical approach to highlight the concepts related to the subject of the study, analyze it and extrapolate the results, and to achieve the goals of the study, the questionnaire was designed which included 34 paragraphs to collect preliminary information, where 274 questionnaires were processed by the statistical program 23SPSS V By using many statistical methods, including arithmetic averages, correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression, the study has reached a set of results, including the fact that the institution under study is very interested in both transformational leadership and the practice of organizational citizenship behaviors, to finally finish this study that organizational citizenship behaviors are affected Only two dimensions are represented by individual consideration and ideal effect (gravity)
