Abstract
This study aims to identify the extent to which knowledge management has contributed to increasing the competitive advantage in Souf Companythrough the perspective of the employees of the company to the nature of the relationship between the processes of knowledge management and competitiveadvantage. To achieve the objectives of the studyweused a questionnaire to collect data, ). Were lied on the analysis of the data on descriptive statistical analysis, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, simple regression coefficient and Parson coefficient. A number of results were obtained.
The existence of a direct relation shipbetweenknowledge management as an independent variable (generation, dissemination, application) and the dependent variable of competitive advantagethroughits dimensions, and the study showed that thereis a signifi cantweaknessbetween the application of knowledge management and competitiveadvantage in the companywillbeaccurate
