The reality of health services quality and their impact on patient satisfaction in Ophthalmology Hospital friendship Algeria-Cuba (Ouargla)
Abstract
: This article aims to study the reality of health services quality and their impact on patient satisfaction, relying from its dimensions (reliability, responsiveness, tangibles, assurance, and empathy), through a field study conducted by the researcher in ophthalmology friendship Algeria-Cuba (Ouargla) hospital. researchers selecting a sample with 45 resident patients during the period between 25 April and 10 May 2019, where the researcher adopted the questionnaire as a tool to collect the information and the Statistical package for social sciences program (SPSS) version 20 to analyze the results.
The study found many results, the most important of which are : There is an average level of health services quality and patient satisfaction in ophthalmology friendship Algeria-Cuba (Ouargla) hospital, There is a statistically significant relationship between the health services quality and patient satisfaction, There are no statistically significant differences in patient satisfaction attributed to personal variables (gender, age, education level) in ophthalmology friendship Algeria-Cuba (Ouargla) hospital
