Impact of operating cash flows on share prices An Empirical- Study of a Sample of Institutions Quoted in Kuwait Stock Exchange During the Period (2010-2017)

Abstract

This study aims is to determine the impact of operating cash flows on the share prices of companies listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange, by examining six indicators: net operating cash flows to net result ratio, net operating cash flows to total assets ratio, net operating cash flows to total expenditure Capital ratio, net operating cash flows to total current liabilities ratio, cash dividends to net operating cash flows ratio, net cash flows to equity ratio. The study was based on a sample of institutions listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange during the period 2010-2017. Using the panel data models, the main results of the applied study indicate that the net operating cash flows to total current liabilities ratio is considered explanatory variable for the volatility of stock prices on the Kuwait Stock Exchange
