Abstract

This study aims to know the impact of digital transformation in follow up the patient's medical record in hospitals from the point of view of the staff of the Friendship Ophthalmology Hospital (Algeria-Cuba) in Ouargla, and this is by highlighting the dimensions that digital transformation affects administrative work, and the study relied and focused on the descriptive approach by designing a questionnaire and supporting it by conducting an interview and looking on notes related to the organization of work realistically, and the data was analyzed through the method of modeling with structural equations using the Smart-PLS_4 program, and it was concluded that there is a good effect of the dimensions of digital transformation In following up the patient's medical record as well as the hospital administration gives great importance to internal organization by moving towards digital management as the basis of success and necessary imperative
