Abstract
This study aims to analyze the role of digital marketing in strengthening the relationship between businesses and their customers, with a focus on Algeria Telecom as a case study. The research examines various digital marketing tools such as social media platforms, websites, and electronic payment services and evaluates their effectiveness in achieving marketing objectives. Findings indicate that digital marketing significantly enhances customer experience, increases engagement, and strengthens brand loyalty. The study highlights that Facebook and Instagram are the most effective platforms in terms of interaction, while Twitter maintains a steady growth rate. Additionally, the adoption of artificial intelligence and modern technologies has opened new opportunities to improve digital strategies. Based on these results, the study recommends enhancing digital platforms, developing interactive content, and leveraging digital analytics to provide more personalized experiences, ultimately boosting the company’s competitiveness in the digital market
