Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between the adoption of digital technologies and the development of creativity within the work environment, through a case study of the National Geophysics Company (ENAGEO). The importance of this topic stems from the rapid technological transformations that increasingly compel organizations to integrate digital solutions into their organizational structures in order to enhance their competitiveness and capacity for innovation،The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, collecting data through a field questionnaire distributed to a purposive sample of 60 employees from various administrative and technical departments within the company. The questionnaire consisted of 45 items covering two main axes: digital technologies and creativity. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), version 23, employing statistical tools such as the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and simple linear regression analysis، The results revealed that the company employs digital technologies at a high level, particularly in areas such as internal communication networks, archiving systems, and collaborative work applications. Meanwhile, the level of creativity among employees was found to be moderate. Regression analysis results showed a statistically significant positive impact of digital technologies on creativity in the workplace, reflecting their role in fostering an environment conducive to intellectual and innovative productivity
