Abstract:This study aimed to find out the extent to which ethical behavior in its dimensions (integrity, respect, impartiality, transparency) contributes to enhancing organizational commitment among workers at the University Pole No. 01 Qasidi Marbah University Ouargla, profitable and uncommon, and highlighting the importance of ethical behavior as one of the most important effects that enhance organizational commitment, was approved The questionnaire tool used to collect information on a sample of 120 individuals. As for the number of retrieved and valid questionnaires for analysis, it reached 114, and after analysis and treatment, the spss program and statistical methods. The existence of a high level of organizational commitment, and the presence of a statistically significant correlation relationship between ethical behavior with its dimensions (integrity, respect, impartiality, transparency) and organizational commitment. Finally, a number of recommendations were presented, the most important of which are encouraging workers with distinct ethical behavior and motivating them to preserve and encourage them To stay in the enterprise
