Abstract
The study aims to identify the impact of management information systems on career path planning in Commercial Sub-Directorate of Algeria Telecom for the state of Ouargla. to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach, the questionnaire as a data collection tool, and appropriate statistical methods were used
The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the institution under study has a significant infrastructure for the management information system, didn’t sufficiently utilized in career path planning that didn’t live up to the expected level according the study sample point of view.
