Abstract

 This study aims to shed light on the topic of social responsibility and human resource performance in economic institutions, a case study of the National Well Services Corporation ENSP, and this is to identify the extent to which institutions practice social responsibility towards human resources and its impact on the performance of their human resources, depending on the method of case study using the questionnaire As a tool for the study, which was distributed to a sample of 250 workers from various organizational levels, and the results of the study were analyzed using the spss data analysis program, Where the results of the study concluded that the economic institution adopts the study sample practices of social responsibility towards human resources at an acceptable level, and the results of the study also found that there is a statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of social responsibility towards human resources as independent variables and the performance of the human resource as a dependent variable
