The effect of employees performance management on the job performance

Abstract

This study aimed to revealing the effect of the employees performance management on the job performance in enterprise of electricity and renewable energies in Touggourt. In addition to identifying the level of availability of balanced scorecard for HRM, as well as, the level of performance of employees. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers designed a questionnaire consisting of (41) paragraphs to gather the primary information. The study sample consists of (63) employees. A number of statistical methods were used to achieve the study objectives. After the analysis of the study data and hypotheses, the study reached a number of  results : There is a modest interest in the employees performance management (50.75%), as there is an average practice of its dimensions (performance planning, performance implementation , Performance appraisal, performance review), in addition to the job performance was good (57.42%) from the point of view of  them, There is a positive impact of employee performance management on job performance
