The impact of knowledge sharing on the performance of workers, a case study at the Regional Directorate of Budget in Ouargla
Abstract
This study aims to know the effect of knowledge sharing on the performance of employees in the Regional Directorate of Budget in Ouargla. The researchers relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample of 36 employees. The data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical analysis program. The study indicates that there is no statistically significant effect of knowledge sharing on the performance of employees in the regional budget directorate in Ouargla, and no statistically significant effect of the two dimensions of knowledge transfer and exchange on the performance of workers, and there is a statistically significant effect of the knowledge transfer dimension on the performance of workers, and in light of these results the study recommended to encourage and motivate workers who share their knowledge with their colleagues financially and morally, and provide adequate modern means of communication to ensure the success of the process of knowledge sharing among employees
