Requirements for the application of the e-governance mechanism in Algerian banks
A cace study of banking agencies in the Wilayat of Ghardaia
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the requirements for the application of the e-governance mechanism in Algerian banks, through the opinions and perceptions of a sample of employees in banking agencies in the Wilayat of Ghardaia. The sample targeted 116 employees in various positions, as we relied on the descriptive analytical approach through the questionnaire as a tool, and to analyze the five axes of e-governance requirements (legal, human, administrative, infrastructure, digital security). We used the SPSS 25 program on a number of statistical methods. The study concluded that specialized training courses should be organized for employees of commercial banks in Algeria, updating legal frameworks and strengthening digital security systems, in addition to adopting the latest technologies to enhance the efficiency of banking operations and accelerate the provision of services
