Performance Measurement of Petroleum Joint Venture Companies
Case of study HESP for the period 2016-2018
Abstract
This study aims to assess the performance of joint venture companies within the framework of partnership contracts, based on management chart as performance assessment tool according to financial and non financial indicators. It applies to HESP joint venture during the period 2016 t- 2018 by adopting the descriptive, statistical and analytical method to make such assessment. After testing 317 management chart indicators, the results show that 40.06% are reflecting positive performance. However, profit and loss account table axis represents the highest percentage. As regards the negative performance which translates mainly the clients' complaints, the percentage is 31.54%. The equal performance rate is 7.25%.
