This study aimed to get acquainted with the reality of the implementation of the ERP system and its effect on improving the organizational performance of ENTP, as the direct field interview method was adopted with a sample of the frameworks used for the ERP system in the organization, and the use of documents and data, in order to identify the reality of the impact relationship Among the ERP system and the improvement of organizational performance, and among the most important results we reached was that there is an ERP system implementation in the organization, but without effective integration, in addition to the level of system flexibility is very high, and the system is somewhat sensitive and difficult to control, Also, a contribution The ERP system in influencing organizational performance was very low, and the researchers suggested that there must be continuous training courses in order to facilitate control in it as well as in the applications and programs applied, and from it the degree of its impact increases and improve the organizational performance of the institution under study
