The importance of technical infrastructure in improving the administrative performance of university libraries
Abstract
The study aims to identify the role of technical infrastructure in improving the administrative performance of university libraries, starting with identifying the reality of the technical infrastructure used and then addressing its relationship with the applied administrative performance from the point of view of administrators. The study was conducted on 7 university libraries at the level of 3 Algerian universities: University of Batna 1 - University of Batna 2 and University of Ouargla. Relying on the SPSS62 program, the results concluded that the reality of the infrastructure used did not reach the required level. This is explained by the weakness of the equipment and the human element in particular, and the existence of a positive relationship between the level of the technical infrastructure used and the improvement of administrative performance. This confirms the importance of technical infrastructure in improving administrative performance
