The relationship between Murabaha financing and inflation in Sudan during the period 2010-2018

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the relationship between Murabaha financing and inflation in Sudan through a standardized study of quarterly data using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) during the period 2010-2018 and by using the descriptive and analytical method as well to explain the developments of study variables during the studied period, and the study reached That Murabaha financing has witnessed a significant growth during that period, as inflation rates have reached record numbers in some years, supported by an increase in the money supply and the recorded budget deficit in some years, in addition to that there is a causal relationship that goes from financing to murabaha towards And inflation, and that Murabaha financing affects inflation at a very weak rate and this explains the presence of other variables that contribute to raising the rate of inflation, and the study has proven that there is a long-term balance relationship between financing murabaha and inflation, and that 12.64% of the imbalances in inflation rates are corrected During every quarter through Murabaha financing
