Six Sigma applications in a sample of organizations in the state of Tebessa

Abstract

This study aims to present the reality of Six Sigma applications in organizations in the state of Tebessa. To achieve the objectives of this study the questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting data. By using exploratory factor analysis and then confirmatory one, data have been analyzed. The study found the existence of four factors of success in Six Sigma implementation in the organizations under study, as follows: (Supporting senior leadership, human resources, measurement and continuous improvement).
