Abstract
This study aims to know the effect of investing in intellectual capital in achieving the competitive advantage of the economic enterprise - Mobilis enterprise agency of Eloued - in its three dimensions. The information was collected by means of a questionnaire that was submitted to a random sample of 47 workers. After the analysis using (SPSS.25) software. The study concluded that the enterprise under study is interested in investing in its intellectual capital in its various dimensions. It also concluded that there is a statistically significant impact relationship between investment in human capital and the institution’s competitive advantage
