Abstract
The stock markets establishment in developing countries means a confirmation of the growing interest in this type of markets because of its strategic role in gathering savings and oriented into good projects.
Algeria in trying to find alternative sources of funding for fuel revenues and foreign debt build the Algerian stock exchange but this came lately.
Therefore, this paper came to highlight the role of the Algerian emerging market in gathering savings and invested in local productive projects
