Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect that Organizational DNA has on the growth of human resources competencies according to allied health professionals in Mohamed Seddik Ben Yahia—Jijel Province. The questionnaire was distributed in a non-random manner with the purpose of gathering data from 90 participants. SPSS was then used to conduct statistical analysis and to test the hypotheses.
The results showed that there is substantial interest in Organizational DNA and human resource competency. Additionally, Organizational DNA is characterized by a positive effect on human resource competencies, and that has to do with impact of communication, motivation, and being part of the decision-making process. Granted, organizational structure has little to no impact on human resource competency according to our participants. Based on that, as several recommendations were given to the concerned hospital of our study
