Abstract

The aim of the study was to highlight the role of Samsung's management innovation in achieving sustainable competitive advantage, using SWOT analysis to highlight the strengths and opportunities that the foundation has to rely on to overcome weaknesses and threats, thereby preparing the ground for its emergence as one of the most prominent institutions in the electronics industry. The study found the following findings: Samsung's focus on innovation as the most prominent element to maximize its market share, R & D being the basis of Samsung's technical advances, advertising an important point in Samsung's strategy, and SWOT's analysis shows that Samsung has a strong line of defense in the electronics industry
