Abstract

The study aimes to highlight the relations hip between work pressures and organizational commitment of the hospital in Ali BoushabaHospital in Khenchla in light of the Covid 19 pandemic, a questionnaire wasdistributed as a tool for the study and the comprehensivesurveysamplewasapproved. The most important results are: There is a significant correlation between Study variables; The presence of moderate organizational commitment among the studied sample, and a great of work pressure in the hospital. The study recommends the necessity of reviewing the incentive systems to positively affect the commitment of medical staff.
