The process approach a transversal vision for the benefit of the optimization of training Case study: «National Pension Fund
Abstract
At the crossroads of the disciplines of IT and management; the process approach is presented as an essential tool for modernization and performance. In this work we have tried to use this approach in the process of training at the National Pension Fund. We started by modeling the processes, using BONITA BPM software, this step allowed us to have a repository of activities, which allowed us to detect failures and potential for improvement. We then proposed a list Key performance indicators to be put in place in order to monitor results and assess the performance of these processes in the future. As a last step, we tried to optimize the models of the training processes. This method allowed us to accurately detect flaws in the process in order to satisfy it users
