Towards a new governance of oil companies, renewable energies in the heart of change

Abstract

Governance is today one of the concerns of the international business community after several events that took place during the last two decades, especially the transition of most economies to open market system and the adoption of economic liberalization policy, not to mention the environmental threats and the near depletion of fossil fuel reserves and global climate change, which goes today hand in hand with economic objectives sought by each institution, for all that, there is an agreement on the importance of governance.
