The importance of using the means of Total Quality Management in the assurance of higher education outputs quality: Case Study

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the means of total quality management and the importance of their use in the assurance of higher education outputs quality, through a sample survey of teacher’s attitudes in Faculty of Economic sciences, commercial and management sciences of Banta University. The study was carried out through the development of two assumptions and then discussed and analyzed using software (SPSS, V20) in order to detect the sincerity of the tool used in the study, the study has concluded that the college does not use the means of total quality management to ensure the quality of higher education outputs due to the early stages of the application of quality Assurance system.
