Abstract

The promotion of the sector of the sme (small and medium-sized enterprise) in Algeria is considered as a vector of growth, a generator of jobs, and an engine of socioeconomic progress.
In spite of these facts, the Algerian entrepreneurs or those at least having better prepared their spirit of creation feel a great deal of obstacles, That they meet and which echo negatively on the behavior in the decision-making in the realization of their projects of investments.
The object of the present article is to try to confine the current situation of the promotion of the entrepreneurship in Algeria, and present the various constraints of creation of companies, which represent a real brake to the starting up of the company.
