The effect of Organizational Support on quality of health services applied study on hospital of mother and child in Touggourt

Abstract

This study aimed to revealing the effect of organizational support on the quality of health services, application on a public health entreprise (hospital of mother and child) in Touggourt; in addition to investigating the significant statistical differences in the perception of the study sample about the quality of health services level due to sex, age, education and experience. After executing the analysis of questionnaire which included (55) paragraphs for (97) employees; the study concluded that : There is a modest organizational support interest in philosophy (54%). there is moderate application for its dimensions (organizational justice, the behavior of the leaders in support of subordinates, participate in decision-making, support and assertiveness among workers). the level of health services was well (65%) from the perspective of workers through its dimensions : reliability, responsiveness, tangibility and empathy. There is a positive effect of organizational support on the quality of health services provided, and the study concluded that quality improving in the health service necessarily requires the adoption of the concept of organizational support.
