Abstract
The aim of this paper is to highlight the contribution of SME projects in Ouargla. We have highlighted the National Agency for Microcredit Management ANGAM as a case study. We have tried to analyze the most important services and programs provided by the ANGM, and also to highlight the most important obstacles to the effectiveness of this program, and we have concluded that the Agency was unable to achieve the objectives of the rule and this is due to difficulties in recovering loans, Its intention to create productive institutions that will reduce the unemployment rate in the state in addition to contributing to the economy of the state.
