Proposed models for financing of Small and medium enterprises by Islamic Investment Management Companies Case of the Small and medium enterprises working in Algeria

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to highlighting of the financing reality of the small and medium enterprises working in Algeria , through addressing its concept, its development and its sources of financing, then reviewing of the main obstacles faced its financing, leading to propose a framework for Islamic finance appropriate to the nature of small and medium enterprises by Islamic investment management companies. The research concluded that the financing through the methods proposed by Islamic investment management companies, and the Islamic financial leasing companies, and Islamic capital companies appropriate to the nature of small and medium enterprises. The study recommended about search for new financing methods which meet the necessities, reference and privacy of small and medium enterprises in different phases of development.
