Remontée des nappes phréatiques à Oued Righ : situation actuelle et perspectives d’aménagement (Sud Est Algérien)

Abstract

The Region of Oued Righ undergoes several difficulties, mainly those linked to the rising water table. This problem resulted from the effects of environmental degradation hydro-edaphic. This study aims to assess the current situation of rising groundwater and problems. The results show a strong degradation of hydro-edaphic environmental due to rising ground water in the valley of Oued Righ. This situation calls for hydro-agricultural facilities appropriate, associated with good management of water resources for sustainable development of the valley.
