The most important factors affecting the reproductive behavior of women working in the education sector

(A field study in the education sector of the wilaya of Oran)

Abstract

This research aims to identify the most important factors affecting the reproductive behavior of women working as teachers in the education sector of the state of Oran, in light of the socio-economic changes that Algeria has witnessed recently; The descriptive analytical statistical method was used, which is appropriate for this type of field studies that require a number of statistical tests and measures to know the degree of influence of variables and the extent of their association; Data and information were also collected through a field investigation that was applied to a sample of 500 female teachers working in the education sector of the state of Oran in its three stages.

This study concluded that each of the factors (social, health, cultural) affects the reproductive behavior of women working as teachers in the education sector of the state of Oran, while we did not find a clear effect for economic factors.
