The problem of work and industrialization in algeria for the development of society In light of the social and economic changes

Abstract

In this research paper, we address the importance of work and industrialization to achieve the development of society and its members by relying on the industrial establishment that provides jobs for qualified job seekers and develops their capabilities for their stability in it . especially in Algerian society and its industrial institutions that Several organizational and management changes have been known since the stage of self-management until the stage of privatization and the market economy which gave a change in ideas and representations and the acquisition of other knowledge about work, so How can work and the industrial establishment “TRIFILOR” contribute to providing job opportunities and developing the capabilities of the individual and Algerian society in light of its economic and social changes? We have relied on the qualitative approach to study the subject that was carried out in the industrial establishment in the public sector “TRIFILOR”. We reached the contribution of this industrial institution to the development of society by reducing unemployment by relying on the provision of jobs based on basic factors to obtain it , and on objective measures to develop their capabilities and stability in it
