The Application of the Total Quality Management Principles in the ENTV

Abstract

this study aims at finding out about the extent of applying the principles of the total quality management in the governmental TV corporation (ENTV) in the viewpoint of the information and communication sciences students at Ouargla University.

In this study, we used the descriptive approachin order to describe the reality of applying these principles in the ENTV Corporation in the students of information and communication sciences point of view at Ouargla university. In this research, we followed the case study method in order to project the theoretical concepts on the Algerian TV's case. Additionally, we surveyed 1500 students in the field of information and communication sciences from the 2 nd year, the 3 rd year levels in License degree and the Master's degree levels at Ouargla university. We have chosen a random sample of 100 students, since we distributed 120 survey papers for study.

We achieved many results: we found out that according to the students of information and communication sciences; the ENTV Company doesn't provide at some extent the audiances' requirements as well as it doesn't focus too much on the quality of producing operations. But the ENTV Corporation is always committed to a medium continuous improvements according to the students of information and communication sciences students at Ouargla university.
