Blogs a new source of knowledge in the virtual world between diagnosis and dimensional tracking

Abstract

Blogs are one of the second-generation web 2 interactive tools, its user lives in a large digital space, which facilitates for him communication and integration with those around him, without any technical, material and legal restrictions. Based on that, and through this paper we’ll review the phenomenon of E-blogs, as a new source of knowledge in the virtual world, and also trying to identify the most important aspects of this cosmic phenomenon focusing on: Blogs and blogging as a conceptual input and as a new means, in addition to the blogs component between free authorship and free access to information, we also exposed to E-blogs as one of the manifestations of online publishing (electronic publishing). Then we turned to blogs as an open source of information on the Internet, and we finally touched on the blogging Typology, where we tried to present the reality of electronic blogging in the world, the Arab world, and Algeria. We concluded that blogs permits to the audience of recipients to exceed the limits of participation, by playing the role of a producer and publisher of content. What has increased its popularity is that it differs from static web pages in that it is characterized by persistence, change, and updating
