Abstract
The current study aims to identify the nature of the perception of the professional project among trainees in vocational training and education, as we relied on the exploratory descriptive approach. To achieve this, a tool was built to measure the perception of the professional project by the researcher based on theoretical literature as well as theories of growth, choice, vocational guidance, and previous studies in The subject is on the subject of perception, and the scale in its final form consisted of (49) items distributed over three dimensions, and it was applied to a sample selected in a simple random manner, estimated at (200) trainees, both male and female, distributed among four vocational training centers in the city of Tougurt, from the total number of trainees integrated during the course. The estimated number is (936) in February 2023, and after measuring the psychometric properties of the scale, the results resulted in the following:
There is an unclear perception of vocational training trainees about their professional project.
There are no differences in the nature of the perception of the professional project due to the gender variable.
