Abstract

Martin Heidegger's onthology constituted a decisive turning point in contemporarg westerer philosophical history, as he was able to revive the ancient greek heritage by raising a question existence as an ontology after kantin reduced it to the will of reason, hegelianism to the concept of spirit, and husserlianism of the thinking ego, which it took from the idea of cartesian cogite, however heidegger succeeded in turning his philosopy from the theory of knowledge to establishing the thesry of existence, based on the phenamenological approach, where he analyzed existence in the word based on dasein or egs, as heidegger was able to move the question of: what exists? To the ontological question in the form of: what existence? This was evident in the famous book "being and time" which included most of his thonghts and the decisive tronsformation in his philosophy
