Abstract

This study aimed to monitor and analyze the researcher’s responsibility in discovering the scientific problem and clarifying the justifications that support his, as well as the role played by the researcher’s personality and the experience that he possesses in the various stages of completing the scientific article, from the sense of the scientific problem and determining its scope and the field in which It is found in it, and the appreciation of the degree of its importance and the urgent need for its research, and a clear perception of its variables and the magnitude of the phenomena associated with it, including inputs and outputs.

As well as the importance of relying on the researcher’s personal experience and his experience in the field in the various scientific steps that he goes through in order to reach the desired scientific facts
