We analyzed the content of field interviews using the content analysis technique. The study reached the following results:

- The wives' motives for using Facebook were to communicate with the husband, family and friends, follow the news and keep up with events, in addition to having fun and entertainment.

- The use of Facebook was reflected in the social communication of the spouses by changing the type of social communication from direct communication that addresses common issues of the couple to a virtual communication that discusses the problems of others.

- The use of Facebook was reflected in the emotional communication of the couple when the two parties were away from each other.

- The use of Facebook was reflected in the intimate communication between the spouses, although they did not use it extensively   while they were together in the bedroom
