The impact of a proposed training program to improve the accuracy of the shots in hanball (Category U 17) -A field study at the level of Club Amal Sidi Oqba - Biskra

Abstract

Through this article, we aim to study the impact of a proposed training program on the development of the accuracy of handball shooting. The sample of the study included the minimal (under 17 years) club Sidi Okba Biskra, which reached 17 players. Using the experimental method with only one group (pre-test and post-test), and using a set of specific tests to the precision of the shots. The most important results are:

- There are differences between the players results in the test of the accuracy of the shooting in support, in race and in suspension between the two measurements (pre-test and post-test) in favor of the post-test measurement.

- The proposed training program has a positive impact on the level of development of shooting accuracy from team Club Sidi Okba Biskra (under17 years).
