Abstract

The current study aimed to try to identify the effectiveness ofsomecognitivebehavioral therapy techniques to cope with stressful situations, in order to reduce the degree of stress in patients with type 2 diabetes, and in order to achieve this goal the study relied on a training program prepared by the researchers, and provided a detailed study of one clinical case that was chosen in deliberate way, as well as the use of the clinical curriculum , and as study tools relied on the clinical interview, clinical observation, tribal psychological tests, and remote to develop the appropriate treatment plan for the condition, and thenthe development of the treatment program plan based on (the various psychological stresses of the condition, and cognitive re-correction in order to effect a change in behavior), the results resulted in the fact thatcognitive behavioral therapy techniques have an effective impact in the face of stressful events, in order to reduce the degree of stress in patients with type 2 diabetes
