Educational Calendar in the context of teaching competency approach - a field study some elementary schools and the state of Ouargla-
Abstract
The objective of the present study was to identify an educational problem in terms of the problem of evaluation in the context of teaching competency approach among the teachers of primary education in some elementary schools in the state of Ouargla. We relied on the analytical descriptive approach. The researcher built a questionnaire in which the evaluation stages were adopted. 406) professor and professor، in the state of Ouargla، and the study reached the following results:
