Abstract

The present study aims to reveal the level of self-organized learning strategies of students of the Higher School of Teachers in Ourqala, and whether these strategies vary according to the student's gender and level of study.

To test the study questions, the descriptive method was used. The study was conducted on a sample of 331 male and female students from the High School of Teachers located in the city of Ouargla, southern Algeria, who were selected by a comprehensive survey. Statistical data The mean and standard deviation were used to address the first question, The results of the study showed that the level of self-organized learning strategies of the students of the school teachers over the strategy of goal-setting and planning, and that the fourth year students are statistically superior to the students of the second and third years on the strategy of record-keeping and monitoring, and seek social assistance.
