The aim of this study was to construct a model of the supposed relationship between the value structure, the Locus of control and motivation for achievement, based on the data collected from the theoretical literature that dealt with these variables , Where a relationship model was reached that explains the mechanism of transfer of values ​​from perception to behavior through the intervention of the variables of the locus of control and the motivation for achievement through direct and indirect mediation, conveying the impact of this relationship on the one hand, and a contribution to predicting whether or not the values ​​will be activated on the other hand
