Abstract

The In the light of important technological developments, new media offer the opportunity to provide a new media and communication environment, defining new frameworks and standards for human relations, concepts and values, in particular the Facebook network, which has recently become widely known among various groups in society, thanks to the privileges, technologies and spaces for dialogue it offers. And the interaction and free expression of different ideas and opinions is a development that charities have tried to follow and make the best use of and to open a virtual space a space for them to increase their social capital through which they record all their volunteer work. They hamper volunteer work and limit it to community participation aimed at building and strengthening civil society
